At MK-ACCENTS, we are committed to providing high-quality, customized website design services. Due to the nature of our work, all payments made to us are final and non-refundable.

No Refund Policy

By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• No refunds will be issued for deposits, partial payments, or full payments once a project has started.

• Refunds will not be granted due to:

  • Client delays or cancellations

  • Changes of mind after the project has begun

  • Dissatisfaction with design after approved revision rounds

  • Failure to provide required content or communication

• All services are tailored to individual client specifications, which makes them ineligible for return or resale.

Deposits and Final Payments

• A non-refundable deposit (usually 50%) is required before any work begins.

• Remaining balance must be paid upon project completion and before the site goes live or any files are handed over.

• No refunds will be made at any stage of the process.

Exceptions

In extremely rare and exceptional cases, at our sole discretion, we may offer credit toward future services — not a refund. This is not guaranteed and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
